Toyotapartszone.com is committed to Customer Satisfaction. Our Parts and Accessories
are 100% warranted against Manufacturer defects in Material or Quality. In
the event you have a Warranty Claim/Items (installed and failed within the 12 months
period) the following procedure must be followed:
The purchaser must contact toyotapartszone.com by filling out the information needed
in the Return Request Form. To obtain a RMA form for your return, please contact us at
service@toyotapartszone.com.
All information on the form is needed.
In addition, The VIN No. is required for all warranty returns and the Name of the
registered owner as well as the Address if different than that on the Return Request
Form.
All OEM parts and accessories come with a 12-month/
unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase.
Labor for installation of a warranty item is not reimbursable.
Once the Return Request Form is completed and received by toyotapartszone.com a Return
Authorization will be sent to the person requesting the Warranty on said Part or
Accessory via email.
All Warranty claim parts and accessories will be inspected for Warranty eligibility
upon receipt and a replacement item will be sent, freight prepaid by
toyotapartszone.com.
In the event that an item does not meet warranty guidelines (improper installation, abuse,
physical damage etc.), warranty claim will be denied and the part or accessory
will become the property of toyotapartszone.com if the customer would like to have the
part(s) back it will be shipped freight collect (meaning customer pays the shipping).
VIN No. of the vehicle that the claim is being made must be a USA specification
vehicle. Warranty cannot be honored for vehicle VIN No. outside the USA. VIN
No. will have to match with the parts.
Refunds cannot be made for Warranty items. Warranty exchanges only.
All items received by toyotapartszone.com must be shipped completely. Any missing
component on warranty claim item will result in denial of warranty request.
Consumer must document the symptoms of the defect when returning any item under the
"warranty" area of this RMA policy.
All of the controlled parts, oils/chemicals, bare engine assemblies, tools, printed
materials, merchandising aids and special order parts are not returnable.
Controlled parts are those requiring Toyota Motor Sales, USA
to track the vehicles on which the parts are installed. These are usually parts which
are vehicle-specific or safety- or emission-related. Some typical parts are: emission
labels, air bags, seatbelt tensioner, etc.

Reasons for Return Guidelines
Change my mind/Not needed: If within 15 days of purchase you would like
to return an item. Fill out the return request form (name, order No., address, phone
number, email). Keep in mind that item must be in new uninstalled condition in the Factory
original packaging. Any opened electrical item may not be
returned. Toyotapartszone.com reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not
meet our guidelines. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
I ordered the wrong item: In the event that an item was ordered incorrectly,
the return criteria remain the same as Changed my mind/Not needed. Toyotapartszone.com must
be notified within 15 days of purchase. All appropriate information must be filled in on our
Return Request Form. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Item was received damaged: An item may be reported as being received damaged
within 3 working days of receipt. Your shipment should be thoroughly inspected at time of
delivery. Any damaged item must be reported immediately. Toyotapartszone.com will not be
responsible for any damage claims made after 3 working days of receipt. If the item is damaged
in shipping, the customer must notify us immediately so we can place a claim with UPS or FEDEX.
Customer would then have the right to a complete refund if the part is not needed or wanted
any more.
Item was damaged / lost in Transit: Customer should carefully inspect the
package upon receiving the package. If the customer notices any damages/lost to the package
and/or its content, the customer should contact us within 3 working days. Toyotapartszone.com
will contact UPS and file a claim for customer. Customer should keep the package until UPS
finishes verifying the packaging then return the package. UPS will reimburse each package up
to the amount of $100 without insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased.
Item was shipped incomplete: Toyotapartszone.com will make every effort to
check and double check that all necessary item(s) that come with
a particular part or accessory are included with your shipment. In the event that your part
or accessory is missing a component, toyotapartszone.com will ship the missing component to
you at no charge. In the event that a component is not available separately, toyotapartszone.com
will request the entire item to be returned at our cost and a complete replacement item will
be shipped at no charge once toyotapartszone.com receives incomplete item. Please
keeping mind that all claims for missing components must be made within 3 business days of
receipt.
Toyotapartszone.com has shipped the wrong item: You the consumer are responsible
to inspect any/all item that are ordered and received. In the event that an item is incorrectly packaged or picked by our warehouse, a replacement part will be shipped freight prepaid from
toyotapartszone.com along with a prepaid shipping label and Return Authorization for the wrong
item. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item and the original wrong item will
be refunded less shipping charges once it is received in New, Uninstalled, and
Resalable condition in the original Factory Packaging. Customer has the right to a complete refund
less shipping if the part is no longer needed.
Other reasons for return: Toyotapartszone.com is committed to Customer Satisfaction
and will review each request for return individually. Special consideration will be given to those
Returns that follow the Procedures set by toyotapartszone.com. If the reason for return does not
fall into one of the categories mentioned above you must provide in detail the reason that the
Return Request is being made.
A 15% handling charge may apply to any return that does not include a replacement. No return
other than warranty will be considered after 15 days of purchase.
Toyotapartszone.com will not process any return without prior return authorization.
All items that have been authorized for return must be received within 14 days of RMA being issued.
If you return an item that does not meet the RMA guidelines (Used, Opened, Electrical item) that is
not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned to your expense.
Return of damaged/incorrect/wrong item(s)
All return item(s) need to be repackaged to avoid further damage in transit. We will need to receive
the returned item in the condition that it was in when the customer received it. Customer needs to
repackage the item in its original box with padding and all components included in the item.
Please also avoid any writing or marking on outside of the original Toyota boxes.
